Ouch

I have ten minutes of my 45 min workout left when the baby wakes up and decides he wants out of the crib RIGHT NOW.
Ok, no big deal, the last five minutes are stretching anyways. I'd rather get the baby before he has a meltdown than stretch out.
Big mistake. I now walk around the house like a 90-year-old woman. Sitting down in the computer chair takes me ten minutes. Pick toys up off the floor? Nope. Get anything out of a low cubpoard? Nope. Climb stairs? Are you kidding?
Lesson learned, stretching is always important after a workout. Now excuse me while I go self medicate with some of my kids Halloween candy.
